The Galway Rogues are an acoustic folk duo bringing the heart of Irish music to the Lowcountry. Blending Michael Corbett’s soulful vocals and guitar with Dan Smith’s skilled accordion, flute, and whistle work, the two channel decades of experience into every performance. Veterans of Savannah’s folk and Irish scenes, they’ve played together since 2006 and officially joined forces in 2024 after years with Seldom Sober and the Savannah Ceili Band. With influences ranging from Liam Clancy to Pete Seeger, The Galway Rogues deliver heartfelt, storytelling-driven sets steeped in tradition, emotion, and the unmistakable warmth of Celtic roots.
