The Pine Box Dwellers are a Swampy Tonk Blues Band from Waycross GA comprised of Sean Clark on acoustic guitar, Connor "Coondog" Griffin on the “Pine Box” (Kopf Percussion Cajon) and vocals, Nick “The Whistlin' Butcher” Solomon on harmonica and vocals and Jesse Herrin occasionally on bass guitar. Knowing that The Pine Box Dwellers hail from the headwaters of the Okefenokee Swamp, the biggest freight train hub east of the Mississippi River, and the home of country rock legend Gram Parsons should give you a good start to describing PBD's unique roots rock sound.  Swamp, Trains and Country Rockin Blues. Murky chord progressions and train beat rhythms. Barn burnin' rockers, tarnished hymns and honky-tonk heartache.
